ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls as necessary
- Assist clients and other visitors at front desk in a professional and respectful manner
- Checking in clients for services; groups, individual sessions, lab services, enrollments.
- Receive samp; receipt money accurately
- Miscellaneous sorting, filing, and copying
- Entering client data into Electronic Health Record (EHR) Reliatrax
- Responsible for opening and or closing procedures as needed
- Collection of Uranalysis and Oral swab samples
- Other miscellaneous duties as directed to enhance the overall agency operation
QUALIFICATIONS

- This is an entry level positions and, on the job, training will be provided.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Keyboarding proficiency with MS Word & Excel skills

- Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse populations with an emphasis upon the

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Assessment, treatment plan, weekly staffing’s, and implementation of level of care based on
client needs. - Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
- Complete documentation, progress notes, updated treatment plans, monthly reports in
accordance with agency and state standards. - Knowledge of state laws surrounding documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and working with
government agencies and vendors required. - Facilitates trauma-responsive therapeutic interventions via individual and group therapy
- Maintains moderate to heavy caseloads
- Collaboration of care within the agency and referral sources
- Deploy resources efficiently and effectively toward clinical expansion
- Spearhead organization-wide trauma-responsive clinical initiatives and modalities
- Completes other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Sciences, or Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) but master’s in social work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) or a related discipline preferred.
The position is an integral part of our evidenced based outpatient (OP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs which promote the wellbeing and recovery of individuals suffering from substance abuse and/or mental health issues. This position will be responsible for direct client care, facilitating individual and group therapy, coordination of care with referral sources, and case management. The position also supports the development of programs and implementation of evidenced based curriculum and modalities to drive forward a culture of client centered trauma-responsive care.
